Reminds me of Kirby. Love the graphics!  Great job!

Very enjoyable. The graphics are on point, the gameplay is simple and reminds me in places of Kirby, and its genuinely one of the favorite games I've played for the GBC in years. Recently got an Analogue Pocket and was hunting for homebrews to play and came across this.

Not just a good new GBC game, a good game period. I'd love to see this on other platforms so more could enjoy it.

wow thanks so much!

Impressive for how simple! Quite enjoyable to play.

Just now discovered the bonus levels, but is there any indication of when they’re beat? I was going back to build up lives for world 5 and didn’t even realize that I was playing an extra level I hadn’t played yet.

(+1)

There is not. Maybe I should add that 🤔

I guess in general it’s not really clear that a stage is completed, but because regular levels unlock the next one it wasn’t an issue. Maybe leverage the bullet holes you already use to select the stage as some sort of indicator?

so far i've enjoyed every minute of what i've played, good work

if only i had money :<

PS:

Merci Mike, j'adore votre jeu !!

Vive Kero Kero Cowboy 🐸

Et... Vivement le prochain jeu 😁☀️

Good Luck

I've just arrived in world four and enjoyed absolutely everything so far. <3

My only suggestion would be to increase the invincibility timer when you get hit, I often lose two hearts in what feels like a single collision, once I even managed to lose all three.

Great game, I'm enjoying playing it so far !
Unfortunately, I found a bug that erased my save data. it append when i turned off my Game Boy while playing the first level of the mines, after the Doggo checkpoint. (I think its not a problem with my cartridge, because before everything works great : i had a save data that i use to continue the adventure between each game session.)

Another thing: I don't know if this is a bug or not, but isn't that 000 supposed to be replaced by the player's score? I've killed all the enemies, collected all the coins, and I think I've found all the secret doors.

Sorry to hear about the save file, but the 0's are actually icons that show how many coins you've collected. They're a different color if you've missed one!

thanks, it makes sense now :)

Dang, sorry, that save erase bug is a bummer. Which save file & hardware were you using? I'll look into it 👀

i play on an unmodded Gameboy Color with the game on a bootleg cart flashed by the JoeyJr from Bennvenn. (I use this cart for long now and its my fist save bug i encounter with. ) Also This is not a dead battery fault bc I played after the incident and i was able to save and load my new save without any problems.

Interesting, I have the same equipment so I can see if I can get the same thing to happen for me & see if I can figure out a way to fix it. Thanks for the heads up!

Kero Kero Cowboy is probably my favorite game I've played all year. The vibes are truly immaculate.
